Storefronts with real carts, checkout, order tracking and an admin panel behind them, backed by Supabase and deployed on Vercel.
- Selling through DMs
- Platform fees biting
- Orders tracked by hand
Lahore, Pakistan · remote worldwide
A proper storefront takes that off you: the customer picks, pays and gets a confirmation, and you get an admin panel that shows what was ordered and what still has to ship. Built on Supabase and deployed on Vercel, so it stays fast and the running cost is close to nothing until real volume arrives.
What this fixes
- Right now
Orders arrive as DMs and get lost between three people and one phone.
Once it's builtEvery order lands in one panel with a status, a customer and a history you can search — nothing depends on remembering.
- Right now
"Is it in stock?" cannot be answered until somebody walks to the shelf, and the sale cools while they do.
Once it's builtLive stock on the product page. The question stops being asked, and the order completes itself.
- Right now
A platform takes a monthly fee and a cut of every transaction, for as long as you sell.
Once it's builtThe storefront is yours. Hosting stays near-free until real volume arrives, and nobody takes a percentage of it.

How it works
01Catalogue
How your products are actually structured — variants, sizes, stock — modelled before anything is designed around it.
02Storefront
Browsing, product pages, cart and checkout, built mobile-first because that is where the orders come from.
03Admin
The panel you will live in: orders, stock, and adding products without calling me.
04Launch
Payments tested with real transactions, analytics on, and a run-through of your first few orders together.
Questions
Why not just use Shopify?
If you want to launch this week and never touch the code, use Shopify — I will tell you that for free. A custom build makes sense when the monthly fees and per-transaction cut start to hurt, when you need something the platform will not do, or when you want the storefront to be genuinely yours. Ali Electronics and Nazir & Sons are both in that second category.
Can customers pay online in Pakistan?
Yes — local gateways can be integrated, and cash on delivery is built properly rather than as an afterthought, with order confirmation and status updates so the customer is not left guessing.
Who adds new products?
You do, through the admin panel. That is the point of building one. Bulk import is possible too if you are starting with a large catalogue.
What does a storefront cost to build?
A storefront with a catalogue, cart, checkout and an admin panel behind it starts at PKR 95,000 (about $340). Two things move it: how complicated your catalogue really is — variants, sizes, stock rules — and whether you need an online payment gateway on top of cash on delivery. You get one fixed price after a scoping call, not an hourly rate.
What does it cost to run each month?
Hosting on Vercel and a database on Supabase both have free tiers that a new store comfortably fits inside. Realistically you are paying for a domain and, later, a paid database tier once traffic and order history grow.
